Colonial style shutters are a permanent, hinged shutter system that serves as highly effective storm protection for windows and doors. Our Eyewall Armor Colonial shutters are custom made to fit any application size and provide a highly effective storm shutter system when completely closed in the deployed position. Colonial style shutters hinge on the outside of the openings and fasten open when not in use. When in the open position, Colonial style shutters provide a completely unobstructed view. When secured in the deployed position, Colonial style shutters provide an effective wind and flying debris deterrent system. For arched windows and other specific applications, we are also equipped to manufacture the EMS Bertha Vented back and Board & Batten style Colonial style shutters. All our Colonial style shutters are manufactured in our facility on Panama City Beach, FL to compliment the exterior aesthetics of your home or business and can be powder-coat finished in your choice of colors. Our Colonial style shutters are constructed of high grade extruded aluminum materials and come in non-rated and FBC/HVHZ approved; qualifying them for windstorm mitigation incentives on your homeowner's insurance (including Citizen's Insurance).
